Jessica Koshki brings a wealth of experience in finance, underwriting, and business development to First Nation Financial. She studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate at California State University, Northridge, laying the foundation for her career in the financial sector.
Jessica began her professional journey as a Lead Underwriter at Option One Mortgage, where she quickly rose to the position of Senior Underwriter at a remarkably young age. She later transitioned into the insurance industry as a Claims Adjuster with Farmers Insurance Group, advancing to Level 3 Senior Claims Adjuster by the age of 26 before stepping away to start a family.

In 2017, Jessica re-entered the workforce as the Head of Human Resources and Business Development at Capital Providers Insurance Services, where she continues to serve on a part-time basis. Simultaneously, she has been instrumental in developing and leading the Business Lending division at First Nation Financial. Under her leadership, the division has facilitated over $26 million in business fundings, helping hundreds of businesses expand their cash flow and growth opportunities.

Jessica, her husband Que, and their family reside in Encino, California. They are active members of Chabad of the Valley and proudly support the EyeCare Foundation. Passionate car enthusiasts, Jessica and Que enjoy traveling with their children whenever possible.
